A Roscommon councillor has said that the Irish Businesses Against Litter survey isn't representative of the work done by the people in the town. Cllr Kathleen Shanagher spoke to Let's Talk earlier today after Roscommon fell down in the IBAL league compared to a number of years ago.
Roscommon was ranked 31 out of 40 locations with a rating of moderately littered. Cllr Shanagher highlighted that private properties were included in the survey which she believes hinders Roscommon's ability to get a better report:
