A local councillor has described the current school transport system as deplorable. Independent Cllr Tom Crosby brought forward a motion at this week's Roscommon County Council meeting regarding the current issues with school transport locally.
The motion was unanimously supported by Roscommon Councillors and a letter will now be sent to the Minister of Transport about the situation. Cllr Crosby was highly critical of Bus Eireann following the meeting:
