A local councillor says he understands concerns around the vetting of asylum seekers being accommodated in local towns. Cllr Anthony Waldron was speaking following reports of anti-immigration leaflets being circulated in Castlerea. It follows a number of protests in the town following news that International Protections applicants would be housed in the Riverwalk Apartments.
