Local councillor urges public to check on most vulnerable following storms

A local councillor has encouraged people to check on their neighbours who may still be without power following Storms Isha and Jocelyn.
Leitrim Cllr Thomas Mulligan was speaking to Let's Talk earlier in the week in the aftermath of the storms.

Over 230,000 people nationally were without power at some stage within the past week.
