Seven Darkness Into Light walks in the Shannonside region have raised at least €25,000 for a suicide prevention charity.
The walks took place in the early hours of Saturday morning for Pieta.
According to the Darkness Into Light website, over 1,000 people took part in four events in Co Roscommon, which raised at least €11,000.

Over 600 people took part in two events in Co Longford, raising over €12,500.
266 people took part in the event in Ballinamore, Co Leitrim, with the total given as €1,179 so far.
Ann Chapman took part in the event in Boyle, Co Roscommon - she says she did it in honour of people who took their own lives.
