A local election candidate has called on the local authority to provide a building for community childcare in Boyle.
Fianna Fáil candidate Sean Moylan said a group was already available to run the service in the town. He added that Roscommon County Council had a number of buildings in Boyle that would fit the bill. Mr Moylan said a community childcare service would allow local parents to return to work.
