A Roscommon family will appear on this Sunday's episode of Irelands Fiitest Family. The McNamara family from Ballinameen are coached by Horse Racing legend Nina Carberry.
Speaking to Let's Talk, Niamh McNamara said that the experience of being on the show, brought the family closer together and showed how strong they are. Niamh also spoke about some of the training that they did as a family in preparation for the show:
