There's a warning the future of small farms is under threat because of proposed changes affecting the agriculture sector.
Hundreds of farmers have taken part in protests in 30 towns across the country today including Longford and Roscommon, organised by the Irish Farmers Association.
They're highlighting the challenges posed by reforms to the EU Common Agricultural Policy and the government's Climate Action Bill.
