Local Gardai have detected a number of motoring offences using a specialised app on board their patrol cars in recent days.
The Roads Policing Unit in Roscommon stopped a vehicle while on patrol after detecting a number of offences this week using the Mobility App.
The vehicle had no NCT, tax or insurance and the car was seized and court proceedings are set to follow.

The Roads Policing Unit in Longford has also seized two vehicles recently using the Mobilty app after two drivers were found to be disqualified while behind the wheel.
The cars were impounded and the drivers’ arrested. Court proceedings are also expected to follow.
