Local Gardaí investigating several home break-ins

Longford Gardaí are appealing for information following a series of burglaries in the town this morning.

Between the hours of 3 and 6.30 am, a number of homes were broken into in the Railway Meadows estate in Farneyhoogan.

Local Gardaí have examined the properties, and are currently conducting door to door enquires in the area.

Anyone who may have noticed any suspicious behaviour in the area overnight or has any information on the incidents are urged to contact Longford Gardaí.
