Local Garda have seized two cars this week following a range of traffic offences.
The Longford Roads Policing Unit stopped a car yesterday after it was observed driving erratically.
Following a roadside drugs swab, the driver tested positive for cocaine.
They were also unable to show any proof of holding a drivers license or insurance.
The motorist was arrested and the car was seized.
Meanwhile in Roscommon, a vehicle was stopped by local Gardaí after it was noticed to have defective head lights.
Following an inspection, the driver was found to have no insurance, with the car then seized and a court date now to follow.
