Gardaí in the midlands have seized substantial quantities of alcohol and equipment after carrying out raids on illegal shebeens.
As part of Operation Navigation, a number of the suspected unlicensed premises were searched by Gardaí in Co Westmeath, Meath and Laois on Friday.
It's understood one of the premises in question is located in Glasson, Co Westmeath.
Along with the alcohol, beer taps, coolers, kegs, spirit dispensers and other items of barware were also seized.

The raids were conducted following reports from members of the public.
Gardaí conducted the raids under a warrant to investigate alleged breaches of liquor licencing legislation in support of current public health measures but no one present was arrested.
