A local TD has called on Government to implement meaningful supports for businesses hit by last month's tornado in Leitrim village.
Sinn Féin's Martin Kenny was speaking following criticism of the way in which Government responded to the freak weather event.
Earlier this week, local businessman Seamus Gibbons accused the politicians of using the aftermath of the tornado as a photo opportunity.
Deputy Kenny said Leo Varadkar had pledged support for businesses and residents but failed to follow this up with action.
