A Fine Gael TD is calling for the next government to provide money to help build a much-needed hotel in Boyle. The north Roscommon town has been without a hotel since the Royal Hotel closed over a decade ago.
Around 3,000 people live in Boyle, but the nearest hotels are in Carrick-on-Shannon, Ballyfarnon and Ballymote. Sligo-Leitrim TD Frank Feighan is calling for the next government to step in:
