A local TD has criticised the delays of appeals by An Bord Pleanála. Sligo-Leitrim TD Marc MacSharry raised the issue in the Dáil yesterday.
He thinks that there needs to be a strategic approach put in place due to the current housing crisis. Deputy MacSharry believes there is some selectiveness occurring in An Bord Pleanála in relation to appeals:
