A local TD has raised the downgrading of the Ambulance service in Roscommon with Taoiseach Simon Harris in the Dáil.
Sinn Féin TD for Roscommon-Galway, Claire Kerrane believes that the Government have quietly removed the 24/7 advanced paramedic cover on the rapid response vehicle.
Fine Gael committed to the ambulance service when the A&E at Roscommon Hospital was closed 13 years ago. Whereas, Deputy Kerrane says it's unacceptable to remove the 24/7 cover:
