A local TD is raising concerns about the impact Enoch Burke's action are having on Wilson's Hospital School in Westmeath.
Sinn Fein's Sorcha Clarke was commenting on Mr Burkes refusal to purge his contempt of a court order to stay away from the school.
He was dismissed as a teacher there earlier this year for gross misconduct.
The Longford Westmeath TD says she would be concerned about the disruptions he is causing at the school if her children were pupils there.
Speaking on the Joe Finnegan show, she says the school and the student's education should be a priority.
'I don't have children who attend Wilson Hospital school but I have friends who have children attending the school but if I was a parent that had a child in that school, I would be very concerned to be quite frank.'
