A local TD says it's unacceptable that farmers in Roscommon-Galway are still awaiting acres payments. Sinn Féin TD Claire Kerrane says there are currently 660 farmers in the constituency that have to receive their 2023 payment.
The Roscommon-Galway TD also says the Minister has advised her that 91% of participants have received their payment nationally. Deputy Kerrane has been speaking to Shannonside News about the issue:
