A Sinn Féin TD is seeking a meeting with the owners of a refugee centre in Ballaghaderreen about its expansion plans. Next Week and Company is looking for planning permission for a two-storey extension to the Abbeyfield Hotel EROC. It has been accommodating refugees since 2017 - with sometimes over 200 located there. Local TD Claire Kerrane says she has concerns about the expansion.
