Local winners honoured at the Garda National Youth Awards

There were a number of winners from the Shannonside region at the recent Garda National Youth Awards last Saturday. Brian Cull from Arigna in county Leitrim took home an award in the Individual category.

Handled With Hearts by Drumshambo Vocational School in county Leitrim also won in the Community Safety Award category. Meanwhile, 19 year old Latisha McCrudden from Roscommon/Longford was recognised with a Special Achievement Award.
