The general manager of FRS recruitment has said that now is a good time for people within the Shannonside Northern Sound region to change jobs.
It is expected that upward pressure on salaries in the region and the rest of the country will continue over the next 12 months, with the economy at full employment and cost of living challenges still being felt by local employees.
Lynne McCormack believes that whilst it is daunting changing careers, there is supports in place for people.
