A series of tourism consultation evenings will take place in Leitrim and North Roscommon over the next month
Community groups, businesses and local organisations are being encouraged to share their thoughts to develop a five year destination plan for the two counties.
The initiative is being facilitated by Failte Ireland and Hidden Heartlands.
The events will be held in Strokestown Park House next Tuesday February 21st at 7pm , Arigna Mining Experience on February 28th and Mohill Library on March 14th at 7pm.
Regional Development Officer with Hidden Heartlands Sarah McCarthy say the evenings will allow interested individuals partake in the discussions.
The reason why we are having these tourism consultations in the community is part of the initial process within in the development of the plan.
It's about engaging with the people who live and work in Ireland's Hidden Heartlands.
The communities, the individuals, the businesses who are involved with or who live in the area and making sure that they understand they know what we are doing and they can shape the plan itself.
