Children with special educational needs will be left without teachers unless the times of Longford Municipal District meetings are changed.
That's according to Fine Gael councillor Peggy Nolan, after the times were switched from 4pm to 11am.
She says this is very inconvenient for councillors Niall Gannon and Gerry Hagan, who teach kids with special educational needs.
They aren't allowed to get substitute teachers if they leave school to go to the council meetings.
Councillor Nolan is calling for the meeting time to be moved back to 4pm.
