A Longford GAA club is seeking planning permission for an upgrade at its grounds.
Rathcline GAA club in Lanesborough have applied to Longford County Council for the proposed construction of two astroturf pitches.
The application also includes alterations to the facade and windows of its existing gyms.
The proposed project would see the erection of six additional floodlights, ball wall, and the development of all ancillary site works.
Longford county planners have received the application and are due to make a decision by April.
