Longford Gardaí seize significant quantity of cocaine over the weekend

Gardaí in Longford seized a significant quantity of cocaine and arrested a man following searches in the county town over the bank holiday weekend. Two homes in Longford Town were searched on Friday and Saturday. €2,800 worth of suspected cocaine was found in one property, along with drugs paraphernalia.

While another search of a home on Saturday seized €1,000 euro worth of suspected cocaine with one man arrested during the operation. He'll appear at Longford District Court in the coming weeks.
