Longford Town is set to get a pop of colour this May Bank Holiday Weekend with the Longford ICA Flower & Craft Festival.
Visitors and locals alike will enjoy a variety of displays and activities taking place throughout the next few days.
The festival will take place from 10am until 6pm daily until Monday the 1st of May.
May Campbell from Longford ICA outlines the events taking place:
"We also have 3 lovely garden centres that came onboard with us and they're going to give us three talks on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Clonbalt garden Centre's Laura Shaw is going to do it in her own Garden Centre on Saturday and she's going to give anybody attending the flower show a 10% discount on any purchases in her garden centre. On Sunday we have Kevin McKiernan from Tree Nurseries and he's going to talk at our ICA HQ at 12pm and then on Monday we have Derek Healy from Creations Garden Centre in Ballymahon".
