Longford IFA are spearheading a poster campaign aimed at making people more aware of the role that agriculture plays in this country.
The posters which will be moved around the county's main routes at different times show pictures of various animals which are reared in Longford as part of the food chain.
Chairman of Longford IFA Gavin White says he hopes the campaign will remind farmers that the IFA is still around despite the fact that no physical meetings can be held at the moment.
