A new survey has revealed Longford is in the top five best places to work in Ireland.
The study compiled by comparison website Switcher.ie comes ahead of the introduction of new legislation which will give employees the right to request remote working.
Longford has made the top five as it was found to be the most affordable town to buy a house in.

Other areas taken into consideration were crime rates, the number of coffee shops per 1000 people and fire connectivity.
