A Longford Westmeath TD is claiming the official government communication around the roll out of Covid-19 vaccines is failing the people of the midlands.
Fianna Faíl deputy Joe Flaherty has criticised what he calls 'sterile and glib' ads on radio, television and in print over the last number of weeks.
According to Deputy Flaherty, those over 85 years of age both locally and across the country deserve to have more clarity on when they will receive their vaccines.
The Fianna Faíl TD says local GPs need to be supported in their work with more effective government communication.
