Longford Town FC has received planning permission for works at their home ground outside of the town.
The club had applied for the removal of the existing floodlights and their replacement with new lighting columns and attached LED floodlights.
The plans also included the installation of new lighting to service the adjoining car park at Bishop's Gate.
The permission was granted with 6 conditions attached, including a requirement for the new lights not to impact motorists on the road or neighbouring properties.
