Longford town will see plenty of development in the new year, according to the county council's chief executive.
Paddy Mahon says most councillors agree that the county town requires significant attention.
He says it's hoped there will be progress on another Active Travel programme in the town in 2025.
The first projects of the Camlin Court Regeneration project are also expected to commence.
