The mass vaccination centre in Newtownforbes in Longford will open this morning for people aged between 60 and 69.
People who have registered on the national portal will have received their time within 24 hours of their appointment.
The centre which will operate from 9:30am to 5:30pm initially, will administer 120 vaccines each day for the rest of the week and it's hoped it will reach capacity of between 700 and 800 by next Monday.
