A local Councillor has criticised Bank of Ireland's decision to withdraw ATM services from Longford Shopping Centre.
Councillor Seamus Butler said the decision would impact on both shoppers and retailers.
The Fianna Fáil Councillor urged management at the shopping centre to seek an alternative provider.
He said a mixed economy which included both electronic transactions and physical cash was the best way forward.
