Main Street in Roscommon town is to revert to two-way traffic this evening.
The Public Realm works in the centre of the town are two weeks ahead of schedule according to Roscommon Council who say they're delighted with the progress.
The works have been causing some traffic delays around the town for the past number of weeks.

The project includes new wider granite footpaths, upgraded links to car parks and lighting as well as new shared spaces and planting in the town.
New signage is also being erected directing people to the town centre, and carparks.
