A major public meeting will take place in South Roscommon this evening over flooding at Lough Funshinagh.
The meeting titled 'Where to next for local communities' hopes to generate a remedial plan to urgently end the crisis.
It will incorporate a panel discussion and will get underway at 7pm in St, Johns Community Centre in Lecarrow.
Roscommon County Council is currently seeking a major intervention from the Government on the embattled flood relief scheme.
Matthew Beattie is one of the organisers, he's encouraging people to attend.
