A man in his 30s has died following a crash in County Offaly.
It happened outside Tullamore shortly after 5 o'clock this morning.
The car the man was driving hit a wall on the R421 Killurin road just outside Tullamore between 5 and 5.30 this morning.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.
He was the sole occupant of the car, and no other injuries were reported.
The road between Ballard Roundabout and Black Lion Cross is closed and diversions are in place, but motorists are able to access Tullamore Golf Club from the Tullamore side.

It's expected the road will remain closed for a number of hours.
