The man accused of murdering schoolteacher Ashling Murphy will continue giving evidence before the Central Criminal Court this morning.
33-year-old Jozef Puska, of Lynally Grove, Mucklagh, Co Offaly, denies murder, and took to the stand yesterday afternoon.
Jozef Puska denied he was following a woman walking her dog in Tullamore on January 12th 2022, the day Ashling Murphy died.
The jury previously heard evidence from the woman, named Annemarie Kelly.
Through an interpreter, he gave an account of his movements that morning, and said he had ‘no bad intentions’ when asked about suggestions he was following Ms Kelly.
He'll continue giving evidence this morning.
