A man in his 30s has been arrested following a disturbance in middle of Longford town.
Gardaí were called to main street yesterday just after 5 o'clock following reports of a public order incident.
Two squad cars and a Garda van attended the incident with Longford Gardaí arresting one man in his 30s.

He was charged in relation to public order offences and will appear at future sitting of Longford District Court.
