A man is in a critical condition in hospital following a serious road collision on the N5 in Roscommon this morning.
The two-vehicle crash occurred just before 7:30am between Ballinagare and Tulsk.
It's understood the two males were taken to Mayo University Hospital for treatment.

The road was closed for a large part of the day but has since re-opened.
Gardai are appealing to anyone who may have been travelling in the area between 6:30 and 7:30am or who may have dash came footage to contact them at Castlerea Garda station on 094 96 20019
