A woman was taken to hospital after what is being described as a hit and run incident in Ballaghaderreen this monring.
A man is in Garda custody after the incident involving four cars occurred just after 9am.
The woman, who is in her 40s and was in a parked car when the crash occurred, was taken to hospital but her injuries are described as non-life-threatening.

It's understood that a man fled the scene on foot but was later apprehended by Gardai and is being questioned at Castlerea garda station.
It's believed that the vehicle involved may have been stolen at around 7am in County Mayo.
