The Media Minister will meet bosses at RTÉ later and speak to the press for the first time in more than a month about reform at the state broadcaster.
Catherine Martin will meet with Director General Kevin Bakhurst and Chair of the Board Siún Ni Raghallaigh.
Since their last big meeting RTÉ and Ryan Tubridy have parted ways and we've seen the significant fall off in people renewing their TV licence fee
So undoubtedly future funding will be discussed as the hole in the budget continues to grow
But Minister Martin is also going to be given the interim report of the forensic accountants who were hired to go into RTÉ and look at the controversial barter accounts and how they operated, and they'll have the Grant Thornton report into Ryan Tubridy's pay to discuss as well. so lots on the agenda for 12 o'clock today.
