A meeting of residents in the Annaduff area of Leitrim is taking place to discuss concerns over the Dromod Carrick on Shannon route options.
Public consultation is underway for up to eight route options to upgrade the current bypass of Rooskey and Dromod through to Carrick on Shannon - the closing date for submissions is June 16th.
Landowners and residents along the routes are raising concerns over the impact of a new road in their area with residents in the Annaduff area meeting in the church car park at 8pm next Tuesday evening.
