Thousands of people are expected to attend Vicky Phelan's memorial service in County Kilkenny today.
A shuttle bus service is being laid on for those travelling to her hometown of Mooncoin for the event.

A park-and-ride facility will be in place from 11 o'clock and the ceremony will get underway at 1pm.
