Two men charged over the seizure of 8.4 million euro of cocaine have been further remanded in custody.
54-year-old Tim Gilchrist of Mavis Bank, Newrath in Waterford is accused of possessing cocaine for sale or supply at Lough Owel, Irishtown, Co. Westmeath.
The drugs are beleivede to have been flown into Co Longford last week.
41-year-old Michal Luczak, with an address at Primrose Avenue, Jigginstown, Naas, Co. Kildare is charged with the same offence.
They were remanded on continuing custody to appear in court later this month for the DPP's directions.
The men were arrested after gardai seized 120 kilograms of cocaine in County Westmeath on Thursday.
