The two men arrested in connection with the fatal assault incident on Church Street in Athlone on Saturday, 13th August 2022 have been charged.
Paul Babs Connolly died following an altercation following a night out in a stag party.
The Edenderry native was taken to hospital but later died.

Two men, one aged in his 30s and the other a 19 year old were arrested on Saturday evening in connection with the incident.
They have now been charged and are set to appear before a special sitting of Mullingar District Court this evening, Sunday, 14th August 2022 at 9pm.
