MEP Luke 'Ming' Flanagan, from Castlerea, believes the government needs to come out and contradict the view that unvetted people are coming into the country.

The lobby of the former Crown Paints factory in Coolock went on fire last night, just days after violence erupted outside.

On Monday, bricks and missiles were thrown at gardaí, while pepper spray was deployed by the Public Order Unit.
