A community activist is seeking to take John Naughten’s seat on Roscommon County Council – after being approached by his family.
Valerie Duffy, from Moore, will contest Fine Gael’s selection convention in the Athlone Springs Hotel on February 20th.
Duffy is confirming she wants to replace Naughten, who died last October:
