National success for number of Shannonside region takeaways

There was some success for various takeaways across the Shannonside region this week.

Tonni's takeaway based in Boyle was awarded Onion Ring of the Year in it's category.

Bastion Kitchen in Athlone took home the award for Healthy Takeaway of the Year and was also highly commended in the Café takeaway of the Year category.

Also in Athlone, Kelly's Kitchen was highly commended for Breakfast Takeaway of the Year.

The overall Irish Takeaway of the year was awarded to Waterford based AndChips in Dungarvan
