Longford is the only county in the Shannonside region not to see an increase in the number of people homeless last month.
That's according to a report from the Department of Housing which reveals 146 people were in temporary accommodation locally in July of this year.
The emergency accommodation figures for July show a further 14 people were homeless in the region than the month previous.
Westmeath recorded the highest figure with 49 people staying in temporary lodgings in July and increase of 8 in just four weeks.
In the Leitrim-Donegal area 33 people are homeless with 10 others accessing accommodation hotels and B&B's in Roscommon, one of the lowest in the country.
Longford is recording no change to its figures in the last month at 14.
A record number of people are now seeking accommodation in Ireland at 10,568.
The total from the Department of Housing does not include rough sleepers, women in refuge centres, those in Direct Provision or Ukrainian refugees.
