A new holiday and camping park is expected to open in County Roscommon next month. Lynders Holiday Park will be situated along the River Shannon in Rooskey in the north of the county. The company already runs a popular camping and holiday facility in Portrane in north County Dublin. The new facility will offer a number of accommodation options and facilities and will also feature a Diesel and Fishing Tackle gift shop on site.
Lynders manager Stephanie Harris says the new development will see significant investment and provide local employment in the area. Speaking to Shannonside News, Stephanie said the site in Rooskey is currently being revamped:
